More than 525 members reflect the demographics of our largely suburban location. Diverse economically, educationally, and in religious background, we welcome visitors seeking a spiritual home and a caring community. We are a people who love the questions about faith!  We strive to be inclusive and to actively break down barriers that would divide us.

Our congregation is intergenerational, with founding members of the church actively involved among us, along with many newcomers and families with young children. Youth of all ages participate with their parents, grandparents, friends and relatives in the worship and mission of the church.

The people of Redeemer minister to the less fortunate among us and commit a substantial share of our financial and human resources to reaching out to do Christ's work in the world. Our outreach extends from the poor of suburban Platte County and the troubled of urban Kansas City to the most desperate in rural Haiti where we have established St. Thomas School.
